Recently completed, this towering sculpture of Michael Schumacher in his Ferrari 310B was created as a tribute to the life and exceptional career of this charismatic 7-time world champion. Cast in solid stone resin with bronze, wood and steel components, Michael is portrayed in his familiar race winning pose with clenched fist and visor up as he ascends on this arcing crescent for one final victory lap. As a tribute sculpture, this Ferrari was made with cast bronze suspension and drive train components that were plated in nickel silver, as were the mirrors, fuel filler and wheels. This piece is titled, GODSPEED, MICHAEL. At 1:6 scale, this one off sculpture stands 22" tall and is mounted to a revolving cherry wood base measuring 30" in length.
